A man from Leytonstone was jailed for 8 years 9 months for drug running 3.6m worth of drug in Bedfordshire. Ahmed Omar, 29 was stop in a car at Toddington Services by police. A lorry driver Rudi Claes, 62 had two boxes of cocaine weighting 36kg. In toat 159kg of cocaine was found in the car and the lorry which has street value of £19.2m Both men are part of an international drug-dealing network. Omar was jailed for 8 yrs & 9 months at Luton crown court.
