The government has raised more than GH¢4.5 billion from the sale of short-dated securities at the lowest rate since June 2022. The Office of Registrar of Companies has reiterated its position to strike off businesses from the register that have not renewed their certificates or filed their annual returns since incorporation. More than 500,000 companies are expected to be affected by this directive.
