A 40-year-old public health promoter identified as Richard Azaglo who is a staff of Nkwanta South municipal hospital is standing trial for allegedly defiling two teenagers in the Nkwanta South Municipality of the Oti Region. According to the police, the accused person drugged the victims aged 14 and 15, to have sexual intercourse with the two after they were induced into a state of unconsciousness.
